We collect only the information needed to provide our caretaking services to clients under written agreement:
- Name, mailing address, and property address
- Phone number and email address
- Service preferences and contact instructions
- Records of visits, inspections, and communications
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Perform the caretaking services described in your service agreement
- Communicate with you about your property, including by SMS if you have opted in
- Keep internal records of work performed
- Comply with legal obligations
SMS data
Mobile phone numbers and SMS message content are used solely to deliver the messages described in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS content with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with affiliates or third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- With service providers (such as our SMS provider) strictly to operate our services
- With law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to protect your property or safety
- When required by law
Data retention
We retain information for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal and operational needs. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
Your choices
- You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP
- You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting us
- You may terminate the service agreement according to its terms
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
